MINI CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKES
yields 6-8 servings. Calories unknown (and not cared about)
Crustless cheesecake? What is this foolishness? Delicious foolishness I say! And it's a simple recipe!
What you need:
- Jell-O No Bake Dessert (you can opt for plain. I decided on the strawberry filling)
- 1 cup of cold milk (soy/almond milk can be used, but it will be have a softer consistency than using cows milk).
- Combine cheesecake mix and milk in a medium size bowl and mix on low for 30 seconds.
- With a spatula, pour mix into each cupcake holders.
- If you're using filling, use a spoon to put on top of the mix. You may have some leftover. Just
throw it in the freezer for later use. - Place in the fridge for 12 hours (Note: you can eat it after an hour, but the colder it is, the more it will stay together).
- ENJOY!
